the location near the train station proved useful. metro access was right outside the hotel. breakfast had a good choice..
the separation of the bathroom and restroom was not convenient. i found no privacy at all. towels were not replaced even when left on the floor as requested, unusual.

The location is AMAZING. It's just a short walk from Strasbourg St Denis. The staff were super friendly and helpful to me. I appreciated the convenient location to major train stations, buses, and taxis.
There was a lot of dust, even though the hotel claimed to be fully booked the day before.

The location is fantastic, very close to buzzy Strasbourg St Denis. It is close to the Gare De L'Este subway and Gare Du Nord. The area has many bistros and restaurants for dining.

The air conditioning was stuck on heat. I informed the front desk, but the solution was just to open the window. I found the absence of a mini fridge quite inconvenient. It's a SUPERIOR room. I expected better.

the eiffel tower and montmartre views were AMAZING!!! i appreciated the clean, modern interior. the front desk staff was happy to move me to a new room when i had lighting issues. the hotel room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
